Bastien joined Freyssinet Aero in 2005 as a controller and progressed toward strategic roles, eventually becoming head of operations, where he oversees the activities of Freyssinet Aero Services, develops commercial relations, and manages a team of 9 employees.
What he developed
Technical skills, of course, but also management, project management, and a strategic vision.

Taking charge of an autonomous business unit was a real source of pride. It’s a global, strategic, demanding… and exciting project.


Her background
Audrey joined Freyssinet Aero in 2016 as a work-study student, became a quality engineer and later laboratory manager.
She oversees process implementation and qualification, while managing the team and providing technical support to the Group’s entities.
What motivates her
The Group’s growth, the new integrated technologies (foundry, additive manufacturing), the working atmosphere and the collective momentum are all daily drivers of motivation.
A defining moment
Designing a test laboratory from A to Z for all subsidiaries was a unique experience. I had complete freedom over the organization, the equipment and the technical choices. it’s a real source of pride.
